Storm

This is the packaging and base art for Storm and features Sideshow’s product photography. Using Photoshop I enhanced the product image to blend into a visually captivating scene, original art to create a burst of energy and lightening, and taking inspiration and I also used visual cues from the classic X-men character.

The base art that is applied to the bottom of the figure was designed as a multi-color silkscreen, using the same original art featured on the package.

I was responsible for the concept, design, licensing submission, and approval from Marvel Comics for mass production. I was also responsible for prepping files for pre-production, color separations for the multi-colored silkscreened base art, sending files to overseas manufactures, and checking color proofs and pre-production samples for final approval.
