Creating the foundation and business strategy plan for Sideshow’s Fine Art Prints, I conceptualized, developed and created a program to release limited edition art prints by creating a revenue source which had gone overlooked based on previously failed attempts. To further celebrate the releases and support the Fine Art program, a published collection of work representing one to two years of print releases was planned in conjunction with the success of the program.

I was the lead in the Graphic Design department helping to create the visual look and feel of the book, selecting type, Pantone colors and layout templates to ensure a uniform and cohesive design workflow. Collaborating with the other Graphic Designers in my department, then each took a section of the book and designed layouts to complete the project. I was also tasked with managing the production of the publication, overseeing color proofs, samples and file prep for pre-production.
