Michael Myers Deluxe

This is the packaging for Michael Myers Sixth Scale Figure and features Sideshow’s product photography. Using Photoshop, I enhanced the product images to blend into a visually captivating composition reminiscent of a film poster that could have been for the front of the package. The back panel imagery again uses product photography heavily enhanced, taking inspiration and visual cues from the classic character. The inner belly band was a custom illustrated butcher’s knife with blood splatter inspired by the famous masked killer’s weapon of choice.

I was responsible for the concept, design, and licensing submission and approval for mass production. I was also responsible for prepping files for pre-production, color separations for the multi-colored silkscreened base art, and sending files to overseas manufactures, checking color proofs and pre-production samples for final approval.
