Daredevil

This is the packaging and base art for Daredevil and features Sideshow’s product photography. Using Photoshop, I enhanced the product imagery to blend into a visually captivating scene. Adjusting the color palette to create a moody atmosphere, framed in classily inspired comic panels, featuring all the highlighted aspects of the figure while taking inspiration, and visual cues from the classic Marvel character.

The base art that is applied to the bottom of the figure was designed as a single color silkscreen using the characters portrait from the product photography.

I was responsible for the concept, design, and licensing submission and approval from Marvel Comics for mass production. I was also responsible for prepping files for pre-production, color separations for the multi-colored silkscreened base art, and sending files to overseas manufactures, checking color proofs and pre-production samples for final approval.
